[RESTON, VIRGINIA, UNITED STATES — January 06, 2025]
AdRem Systems Corporation is proud to announce the appointment of Tracy Baptiste as Compliance Solutions Architect, effective December 16, 2025. A 20-year veteran of AdRem and an experienced IT professional with more than 25 years in the industry, Tracy brings deep expertise in regulated environments and federal-aligned operational requirements.
In this role, Tracy will help strengthen AdRem’s compliance service offerings, supporting organizations preparing for frameworks such as CMMC, and guiding clients through readiness planning, assessment preparation, and long-term compliance strategy.
Why Compliance Support Matters More Than Ever
As federal contracting requirements evolve and cybersecurity expectations continue to rise, organizations are facing increasing pressure to prove their security posture—not only through technical controls, but also through documentation, operational maturity, and audit readiness.
For many government contractors and compliance-driven organizations, preparation for CMMC Level 2 has shifted from a future initiative to an immediate operational priority. Teams that wait until the final stages of contracting to address compliance often find themselves rushing through remediation, struggling with documentation, or encountering delays that impact contract eligibility.
Tracy’s appointment reflects AdRem’s continued focus on helping organizations engage earlier, plan smarter, and reduce risk as compliance requirements become more formalized across the defense industrial base.
Meet Tracy Baptiste: Trusted Leadership with Federal Experience
Tracy has spent two decades building and supporting systems within AdRem and has played a key role in compliance-aligned IT environments throughout her career. Her experience includes work supporting complex operational systems, regulated environments, and organizations that must meet strict cybersecurity and governance requirements.
Tracy also holds both the CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP) and CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) credentials, demonstrating her commitment to staying aligned with evolving compliance frameworks and the real-world expectations organizations face when preparing for federal cybersecurity audits.
| “Tracy has been part of AdRem’s story for 20 years, and her dedication, integrity, and technical excellence have shaped the trusted reputation we hold today, especially within the federal community,” said Patrick Birt, CEO of AdRem Systems Corporation and Compliancy Sherpa, LLC.
“As our compliance services continue to grow, it became clear that Tracy’s unique blend of federal-grade engineering experience and her emerging compliance leadership would allow us to better support the organizations that depend on us. This new role is both a recognition of her long-standing contributions and a strategic step forward for our clients and our mission.” |
What Tracy Will Focus on as Compliance Solutions Architect
In her new role, Tracy will support AdRem’s compliance readiness initiatives by working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to improve clarity, structure, and execution around compliance programs.
Key areas of focus include:
- Supporting compliance readiness planning for organizations preparing for CMMC and other regulated obligations
- Assisting with documentation strategy and gap identification
- Helping clients map requirements into practical, operational steps
- Supporting long-term governance alignment and risk reduction
- Working closely with AdRem’s internal cybersecurity and technical teams to ensure compliance strategy matches real implementation
“I’m incredibly excited to begin this next chapter with AdRem and Sherpa,” said Baptiste.
“Supporting federal environments for so many years has given me a strong appreciation for the rigor, structure, and accountability required of regulated organizations. I look forward to helping clients navigate those same expectations with clarity and confidence, and I’m committed to continuing my training and growing my expertise as we build programs that truly support their long-term success.”
Supporting Compliance Engagement Through Compliancy Sherpa
As part of this appointment, Tracy will work closely with Compliancy Sherpa, LLC, supporting early-stage compliance conversations and readiness assessments for organizations preparing for the next phase of CMMC adoption.
This collaboration supports AdRem’s ability to provide a clearer path forward for organizations navigating compliance uncertainty—particularly those who need help interpreting requirements, building realistic roadmaps, and aligning internal teams around measurable readiness goals.
What This Means for Organizations Preparing for CMMC
Tracy’s appointment expands AdRem’s ability to support compliance-focused organizations at a time when many contractors are being asked to demonstrate readiness earlier and with greater rigor than ever before.
For organizations preparing for CMMC, this means:
- Stronger guidance on readiness strategy before assessment deadlines approach
- Increased support for documentation, governance planning, and compliance alignment
- More structured engagement for teams preparing for CMMC Level 2 expectations
- Better coordination between compliance planning and technical implementation
- Access to experienced leadership focused specifically on helping organizations build sustainable compliance programs—not quick fixes
Looking Ahead
Tracy’s appointment represents more than a title change—it reflects AdRem’s continued investment in compliance leadership and structured support for organizations operating in regulated environments.
As federal contracting and cybersecurity compliance requirements continue to evolve in 2026 and beyond, AdRem remains committed to helping organizations build secure, scalable systems while maintaining clarity and confidence through every stage of the compliance process.
