On multiple occasions, AdRem has maintained full-time cleared resources for periods lasting up to 3 months and more.

Ownership

AdRem Systems Corporation is a privately held, employee-owned, professional IT solution and managed service provider.

All full-time employees are ‘seeded’ with stock options within the company.

Employee Sponsoring Program

Know someone else who would make a great fit at AdRem?

When your employed with us and “sponsor” someone who we then hire, AdRem will reward you with a recurring yearly bonus – a residual – for every billable hour your sponsored employee works while both you and they are employed with us (conditions apply).

There are only so many hours in a day, month or year that you, as an employee, are able to work. This program enables you, as a Sponsor, to earn more salary than you can possibly earn alone. The recurring residuals encourage Sponsors to have a vested interest in the people they have sponsored; nurturing a culture of employee-to-employee support.

401K Retirement Plan (Pre-Tax)

AdRem Systems Corporation offers employees a generous 401K and Profit Sharing plan up to 20% of salary.
  • 401k – 100% vested after 3 months
  • No retirement contribution required by the employee
  • Rollover option from other qualified plans
  • Online access to account information
  • Full-time employees are eligible on the 1st pay period after 3 months of continuous employment
  • Profit Sharing – 100% vesting after 2 years of service

Wellness

Health Insurance & Vision Services (pre-tax)
  • AdRem offers each employee the Anthem Gold PPO health insurance plan under the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield group plan. Employees are eligible for the health insurance on the 1st of the month following date of employment.

Vision Services (pre-tax)

  • Vision care discounts are available under the Anthem Health policy when you seek care from a participating provider. Supplemental limited vision coverage is also available through Aflac (American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus).

Dental Services (pre-tax)

  • Dental Coverage is provided through Anthem Dental. Preventive services are covered at 100% of Allowable Charge (AC). Supplemental coverage is available through Aflac.

Life/AD&D Insurance

  • AdRem provides a term policy to regular, full-time employees at no cost. Eligibility for this benefit is the 1st day of the calendar month after hire.

Long-Term and Short-Term Disability

  • AdRem provides coverage to employees for Long-Term Disability at no cost. Long-Term plan covers up to 60% of an employee’s earnings in the event of a partial or full disability. Long-Term disability becomes effective after a 90-day disability period. Employees are eligible for this benefit on the 1st of the month following date of employment. Short-Term disability is available through Aflac.

Supplemental Policies

  • Employees have the option to use pre-tax dollars to purchase supplemental policies through Aflac.

Vacation & Holidays

Vacation/Personal Time Off
  • Paid vacation is accrued by regular full-time employees beginning with the first payday.
  • Vacation hours automatically accrue each payday, based on the number of pay periods in the year.
  • Up to 5 weeks vacation; carry up to 7 weeks.

Holidays

  • All eligible employees of AdRem Systems receive 11 paid holidays per year. Floating holidays must be used within the calendar year and can be used at the employee’s discretion.
